Tenant Fees

When Making an application to rent accomodation.

• Administration Fee: £230.00 (Inc Vat) per property.
• Reference Fee: P.O.A. (Depending on the tenancy).
• Holding Deposit: £200.00 per property.

The holding deposit will be deducted from the Dilapidation Deposit.

Before we can confirm a check-in date & time.

• Dilapidation Deposit.
  • This is usually one and a half months rental value, the Holding deposit that you have already paid will be deducted from this amount.
• First Month Rental / First Apportioned Rental
  • This is based on if you check-in before the 15th of a month, you will need to pay to the end of that month. If you check-in after the 15th of a month, you will need to pay to the end of the next month. VAT included VAT Reg No: 998 3584 41
