Your Application

If you wish to apply for for tenancy you will be required to agree to and complete the following

• First Stage
  • Application to rent accomodation Furnished/unfurnished.
  • A reference form.
  • Pay the holding fee.
  • Pay the administration fee
  • Pay the reference fee.

Satisfactory references may not necessarily guarantee the applicant the tenancy

• Second Stage
  • The reference company come back with a succesful result.
  • The tenancy agreement is now signed.
  • You pay the full dilapidation deposit (less the holding deposit).
  • You pay the first/apportioned rent.
  • A check-in date & time are confirmed.
